I miss Bohol
Happy Birthday, Mamay!
Mamay. That’s what we call our grandfather. That is how we call our grandfathers in Batangas.
Been 8 years since he passed, but still feel like he’s here. Like he never left.
We miss you, Mamay!
The award-winning L.E.D. light bulb from Phillips that uses only 10 watts of power and has a life of 20 years, is now available for purchase.
It’s quite expensive but the money we save for electricity is worth it!!!
So we went to Chinatown yesterday, and found a toys and vintage collectible shop at Lucky Chinatown called Uncle Joe’s. He sells tin toys, various fast food toys, Coke collectibles and other stuff. I saw this glass straw container with the Coca-Cola logo, and being a fan of Coca-Cola collectible, I knew I had to buy it. And so I did. Just when we are leaving, Uncle Joe called us again and gave us this 2002 Coca-Cola calendar for free! He took it from the shelf, and showed us the pictures inside and told us to cut it out and put it in frames. I love the idea! Thank you Uncle Joe! I’ll be back to buy more Coca-Cola stuff! Save that lamp for me okay?
For those in Singapore, his store is located at the second floor of Lucky Chinatown.
Lime caterpillar. The bottom picture is what they will look like on their last stage…I hope.
The arsenal of pillow-fighting weaponry: light sabers, scimitars, double-sided Viking axes, nunchucks, ninja stars, and grenades.
How cool is this?!
An exquisitely exotic dining experience amid the sands, at the Velassaru resort, in the Maldives.
Wow!
If you’d like to develop a band of sycophants in the offline world, it may be advisable to walk around in these flip-flops. They exhort, without intrusiveness.
Now where can I buy this in the Philippines?
